**1. What is the delivery timeline?
We dispatch your orders in 3-4 days and they will reach you within a week.

2. How will I detect fraudulent emails/calls seeking sensitive personal and confidential information?
If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from Miniprice seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data. We at Miniprice or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

3. How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
Order can be cancelled till the same is out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from 'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.

4. How do I create a Return Request?
You can create a Return in three simple steps
Tap on My Orders
• Choose the item to be Returned
• Enter details requested and create a return request

5. I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?
Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

6. I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?
Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:
NEFT – 3 to 6 business days post refund initiation
Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

7. Where can I find the invoice for the product (s) ordered through the MINIPRICE website?
MINIPRICE does not print the invoice for the placed order in paper format, so it will no longer be placed in the delivered package. We want to continue to have a positive impact on the environment (we reduce the number of printed papers and chemical cartridges used for this purpose) and to turn to the digital environment that allows us to issue the invoice in electronic format.
Thus, the invoice will be made available to you in electronic format and you can view it in the customer account in the section 'My orders' - 'See the details of the order' - 'View the Invoice' or by accessing the existing link in the automatically sent email at the time of generating the order invoice. The message is sent to your email address used when placing the order.

8. How long does it take for MINIPRICE to resolve a complaint or complaint addressed to the Company?
The deadline for MINIPRICE to respond to your notification or complaint is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request by the Company. To the extent that the complexity of the case requires additional time to resolve, we will agree with you a term that will not exceed 30 calendar days.

9. What all precautions are being taken keeping the pandemic in mind?
We are taking every possible precaution to keep infections at bay. For this we have all safety and sanitation processes in place.
10. Will the pandemic affect the delivery timeline?
Due to additional health and safety measures to protect our logistics teams, your delivery might take a little longer. And as per Govt. Guidelines we will not be delivering in the COVID-19 containment zones. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team. 11. I want to make a purchase as a company. What details do I need to share?
To make the purchase as a company, simply click on the option "include company info" in personal details and fill in the tax information we request.
