Return of products

1. In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you have the possibility to return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without having to invoke a reason. The only cost you will have to bear is the shipping fee for returning the parcel, unless the return shipping is borne by MINIPRICE.

2. If you have decided to return a complete order, it is necessary to inform us of the intention to return within maximum 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (s) ordered by using the withdrawal form available on the SITE or by any other written method, of which to prove your unequivocal intention to withdraw from the distance contract concluded with MINIPRICE.

3. It is preferable that the return be made in its original packaging. In case of returning the product in a package other than the one where the product was delivered, the return will only be accepted if the product does not show any signs of wear, it is not damaged, it has all the labels attached and it is complete - including accessories, warranty certificate, manual of instructions, etc.

4. For hygiene reasons, food or other clothing products such as socks and / or underwear are not returned. Also for hygiene reasons, the shoes ordered from the SITE must be tested with the sock.

5. We recommend that the return of the products from the countries in which MINIPRICE provides delivery services is to be performed with the MINIPRICE partner company that made the delivery of the package, given that the prices are negotiated for the benefit of the CLIENTS of the Company, but the CUSTOMER has the possibility to return the products by any means. bearing the related return taxes. Returns of the products ordered online and delivered personally or through representatives in the physical stores of the Company will not be accepted.

6. In order for MINIPRICE to refund the value of the returned product, it is necessary to send you a correct IFSC code in which we will refund the amount for the returned product from which we will withdraw the shipping tax for returning the parcel. MINIPRICE is not / cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the BUYER, including but not limited to commissions applied by the issuing bank of its card. MINIPRICE cannot make the payment in a certain currency or in a foreign account, unless returns are made from the countries to which MINIPRICE offers delivery services, and the IFSC code transmitted by the CUSTOMER is correct.

7. Exception shall be made in the situation in which the product is withdrawn as a result of the non-conformity of the purchased product or of the existence of a hidden or manufacturing defect, respectively of a qualitative deficiency of the delivered product that was not and could not be known by the customer by the usual means of verification, case in which MINIPRICE will refund the amount paid by you for the respective product, refunding including the transport tax paid for the delivery of the non-compliant product and, if applicable, the transport tax paid for the return.

8. We will refund the value of the returned product and, as the case may be, the cost of delivery and / or return in the cases provided for in art. 11.7, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment your return arrives in our warehouse. The refund will be made by bank transfer.

9. In case you have paid the product online, by bank card, we will refund the amount related to the returned product from which we will withdraw the shipping tax for returning the parcel, to the same bank account from which you made the payment, except in cases of non-compliance of the returned product. as provided in art. 11.6.

10. The return can be refused by MINIPRICE in the following situations:

10.1. In case of replacing the purchased product with another product having other specifications or of a different type;

10.2. In case the request for return exceeds the 14 calendar days stipulated in art 11.2 after you have announced in advance the intention of return, in which case the cost of relaying the product to the customer will be paid by the latter;

10.3. In the case of returning a product that is not in the same state in which it was delivered, respectively having all the labels intact together with all the documents that accompanied the returned product (s) and proves the client's bad intent regarding the integration of the returned product.

11. The following products will not be accepted on return, depending on their existence on the website at any given time (the listing is not limiting):

  • Product or packaging identification labels or return label are damaged or missing;
  • Food purchased;
  • Products worn, washed or smelling of perfume;
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer (eg cosmetic products);
  • Personal care products: cosmetics, perfumes, products for intimate hygiene and dental hygiene;
  • Underwear: of any kind;
  • Products from the toys category (eg, lego, whistles, trumpets), children & babies (eg disposable absorbent diapers), petshop (eg baskets, toys, accessories);
  • Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that were unsealed after delivery;
  • Newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
  • Printers or multifunctionals whose supplies have been unsealed;
  • Equipment from which the operating systems or other programs with which they were delivered were uninstalled;
  • The equipment protected by the passwords introduced by the USER or those that have configured personalized accounts of the USERS that prevents the device from being brought to the initial state from the software point of view;
  • The air conditioners that were installed, the kitchen appliances that were used, the ironing machines that show traces of use (scratches on the sole, traces of limestone, etc.), vacuum cleaners that were used, the DIY appliances that were used.

12. If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid, and the parcel will be sent back to the BUYER, who will also bear the costs of sending.
