2. Requests regarding the Policy for storing personal data (retention)
We store and process personal data only in cases where you have voluntarily provided us with such data, such as by completing a contact form, by subscribing to the company newsletter or by creating an account.
To the extent that you have requests or questions regarding the storage periods of your personal data within MINIPRICE, please contact the Data Protection Officer appointed at the company level, using the aforementioned email addresses or the telephone number of the Customer Relations Department mentioned above.
3. Storage policy
The storage policy within MINIPRICE is an instrument that ensures that the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the relevant laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection are strictly observed. This policy mainly refers to the principle of limiting the retention of personal data processed over time and which involves storing them only for a period of time necessary for the purposes for which these data are processed. The policy of storing (retention) of the personal data is intended primarily as a favorable resource for the activity of the COMPANY, which will allocate relevant retention periods in all the activity fields and departments of the COMPANY, allowing the development of the activities of elimination / deletion of the personal data in a consistent and controlled manner.
4. Retention periods (storage)
The periods for storing personal data are specified in the table below and apply to all record formats, ie paper and electronic, unless otherwise specified in this Policy.
5. Retention plan
A table containing the recommended periods of keeping in the records of the COMPANY (physical systems or archives) of the clients' personal data is provided for each relevant activity area. The storage period applies by default to all records in the respective category and will be respected whenever possible, although we admit that there may be exceptional circumstances that require the storage of documents either for shorter or longer periods. If individual records or documents require a different storage period than recommended, MINIPRICE should be contacted to discuss the specific storage requirements.
6. Clear data
You can request the deletion of personal data by sending an e-mail to dpo@miniprice.in or datapersonale@miniprice.in, where you must specify the following:
- Your contact details for transmitting the response / point of view of the COMPANY;
- Your name;
- The processing activities by which the data were collected or processed (marketing campaigns, promotions, etc.);
- The type of data collected or processed that you want to delete;
- The total number of records to be deleted;
The deadline for responding to the request is 15 days from the date of submission of the request. To the extent that, the complexity of your request implies the need to extend the response period for a period that will not exceed 30 working days from the date of submission of the request. In this respect, the Data Protection Officer appointed at the company level will communicate the status of the request submitted.
To the extent that the request submitted, will be solved after its evaluation within MINIPRICE, with the deletion of your data, the Data Protection Officer prepares a standardized document, which will be sent to your attention through the approved means of communication. The document will contain at least the following information:
- Purpose (s) for which the data were processed;
- Data that has been deleted / deleted / destroyed and the processing activity within MINIPRICE to which they belonged;
- Number of records deleted.
The physical document transmitted, is signed by a representative of MINIPRICE and is stored and scanned in physical format, for a period of 3 years from the date of transmission of the notification, following which after this period the original document will be destroyed and recycled. If the point of view is transmitted by email, it will be stored on the company servers for a period of 3 years from the date of its transmission to the CUSTOMER on the email address provided, then it will be deleted. If you send a request to MINIPRICE for access to the processing of your personal data in our COMPANY, please keep in mind that due to the continuous processing of your personal data and taking into account the routine established in our systems for deleting processed information under the conditions of the Data Storage Policy, we try to keep your data updated and accurate at all times. Thus, this routine processing may involve altering or deleting the personal information we process, after you have sent a request to us. In this case, MINIPRICE will provide the information held at the time we send you the answer, even if they differ from the information we had stored at the time of sending the request. Please note that the deletion of your personal data is a procedure that MINIPRICE would have carried out even if you did not send the request.
7. Continuous development
The storage periods (retention) will be maintained by MINIPRICE, which will make modifications, additions and updates, whenever the legislation, the guidelines of the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or the organizational or structural changes of MINIPRICE, impose these changes.
8. Updates
Our policy for storing personal data (retention) is under review and may be amended from time to time (In general, to comply with data protection legislation and practices). The updated versions will be published on our web page.
