Guarantee policy

All products marketed by MINIPRICE have a warranty.

The warranty application starts from the day the product is delivered to the CUSTOMER, and the time period during which this warranty is applied may vary, depending on the type of product.

1. General specifications

1.1. Consumable goods, such as shoe care products - these products are guaranteed until the expiry of the validity period written on the product packaging. If the expiry date is not mentioned on the packaging, it is considered that the product has a validity of 24 months from the date of first use.

1.2. Accessories

In the case of bags and sunglasses, MINIPRICE offers a 2-year warranty if the instructions for use and maintenance below are respected and only to the extent that the manufacturer does not offer a guarantee lower than that granted by MINIPRICE, in this case in which the warranty term will be reduced according to the warranty period granted by the manufacturer.

The guarantee can only be applied if, at the time of returning the product, the CUSTOMER holds and presents all the documents and the elements that accompanied the product upon delivery (certificate of authenticity, instruction manual, labels, sales documents and / or any other document with legal or commercial value, which was / were included in the package at the time of delivery).

In order to benefit from a guarantee the CUSTOMER must notify MINIPRICE, in writing, of any deterioration / malfunctioning or non-conformity of the product, when the CUSTOMER has become aware of the defect.

The recommended procedure for accessing the guarantee is applied as follows:
- you make a written notification regarding the status of the purchased product, for which you request the guarantee application;
- after receiving the product returned by you, we will try to repair the product or bring it into compliance. If this repair measure is not possible, the product will be replaced with an identical model, if the parts do not agree otherwise and in any case, if there is stock available to replace the product.
- if none of the above mentioned repair measures is possible, we will refund the amount of money paid for that product within 14 days together with the delivery fee paid, if the purchased product presents a case of non-compliance, hidden defect or defect manufacturing;
- insofar as, after the verifications made to the returned product, we will consider that the defect claimed has occurred due to the incorrect handling of the product or as a result of your failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance, you will not receive a guarantee and the product will be sent back to you, if we do not agree on another way of resolving the situation.

2. Types of guarantee

MINIPRICE offers two types of guarantee, as the case may be:

a) commercial guarantee
- it is applied if the CUSTOMER reports the non-compliance within the first 30 days from the moment he takes possession of the product;
- covers any lack of conformity between the product presented on the SITE and the product delivered to the CUSTOMER, with regard to the description, images and / or technical specifications mentioned on the SITE at the time of order registration;

b) the guarantee provided by law
- is applied for a period of 24 months starting with the day the product was delivered to the CUSTOMER, if the instructions for use and maintenance were followed.

3. General conditions for granting the guarantee:

CAREFUL!!! Do not cut the inner label of the product! The lack of this interior label automatically results in the loss of any warranty

Keep the documents received upon delivery for any quality claims that may be addressed to MINIPRICE. The modality by which the CUSTOMER assures the guarantee is its replacement according to the availability of the similar product in the MINIPRICE stock or, otherwise, by returning it the amounts paid by the consumer in maximum 14 days from the date of written notification of the absence quality or the existence of a non-compliance situation and respectively the return of the claimed product. The applicable remedial measure can be established through joint negotiation.

IMPORTANT:

The composition as well as the icons with the cleaning and maintenance instructions of your product can be found on its internal label. These are specific to your product and it is mandatory to consult them.

Check the significance of the icons on the inner label of your product.

The name, model, product code, date of purchase, price, and address are on the invoice issued and this represents essential data that MINIPRICE needs and accesses to solve any subsequent claims.

4. Instructions for use for sunglasses

MINIPRICE grants a 24-month warranty for commercialized sunglasses, if all the conditions below are met. Please keep in mind that these conditions are general and you must take into account, first of all, the mentions entered in the instruction manual accompanying the purchased product. The warranty for the lenses and the frame is granted only in the event that the eventual expertise made by a specialist demonstrates a manufacturing defect.

To ensure optimum maintenance of sunglasses, please follow the instructions below:
- lenses should only be cleaned with a soft, clean cloth, dampened with clean water or with special cleaning solutions;
- do not use ordinary towels when cleaning lenses;
- sunglasses should only be stored in bags of appropriate size, or in special cases / cases, lined with soft material;
- do not place the glasses with the lenses down on hard or uneven surfaces, do not put them in the pocket or bag if they have not been placed in the special case / case, as they can be scratched or damaged easily;
- always use both hands when placing or removing glasses from the eyes;
- periodically check the screws and joints of the sunglasses, as they can diminish their resistance due to repeated movements;
- do not expose sunglasses to extreme temperature variations or to direct heat sources (fire, hair dryers, etc.);
- call only authorized specialists for any repair / modification to the sunglasses.

5. Instructions for using shoes

After each wearing, the footwear is placed on appropriate belts in size and shape. In order to create optimum wearing conditions and long service life, we recommend the alternative wearing of 2-3 pairs of shoes. Leather shoes are dusted with a soft cloth or brush. After some wear a layer of cream or shoe wax will be applied, and then polished with a soft cloth. Footwear stuck or with a rubber sole will prevent the action of petroleum products (diesel, petrol, etc.), oil, alcohol, acetone or other chemicals. In all categories of shoes it is forbidden to wash them in the washing machine or prolonged contact with water. Strong watering with water or other fluids can lead to shoe shedding, damaging and consequently the loss of product warranty. The front of the shoe will avoid direct hits or punctures. The footwear dries slowly, away from direct heat sources. It is necessary to use the shoe to avoid premature deterioration of the shoe in the heel area. To protect your skin from the action of chemicals, the shoe is painted with vegetal colors, as a result the interior paint can migrate. This is not a defect.

6. Instructions for use and maintenance of articles of clothing (leather or textile) and leather belts:

Whenever required, the leather garment is cleaned with a soft dry cloth or soaked in clean water, without the use of detergents, solvents, bleaches or any other chemicals. These can irreversibly damage the appearance of the skin, which is not covered by the warranty. It is forbidden to wash the articles of clothing and leather belts in the washing machine regardless of the type of washing machine or its optional programs. If your product has been wet under normal use conditions (rain, snow) wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and let it dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources (radiators, stoves, dryers, etc.). ). Protect your product from leather objects that may cause scratches, burns, punctures or any physical action that may damage it. In case you resort to specialized cleaning / laundry services for the maintenance of your product, our company cannot be held responsible in any kind of defect that may arise due to the cleaning / washing process.

7. Instructions for use and maintenance of leather bags and purses:

The bags and purses marketed by our company are intended exclusively for accessories. The bags and purses marketed by our company are not to be used as travel luggage. The maximum allowed weight for purses is 1 kg, and for bags of 3 kg. For long-term use and in the best conditions, follow the same instructions and recommendations presented above in this certificate in the chapter for leather clothing.

The guarantee is offered after finding the deficiencies. For this it is necessary to return the product according to the Terms and Conditions.

8. Jewellery

In order to benefit from the 24-month guarantee provided by MINIPRICE for commercialized jewellery, but also to extend the life of your jewellery, you must follow the instructions below. Also, please call only the specialists from the authorized centers for any repair / modification brought to the jewellery:

- when not in use, all jewellery should be kept in special boxes, compartmentalized, or in soft textile bags, to ensure a proper separation of the jewellery depending on the material from which they are made;

- the containers in which you choose to store your jewellery must be placed in clean, dust-free, direct light or humid places;

- do not store or wear gold or silver jewellery together with jewellery made from other materials (steel, bronze, copper, alloy or plated);

- pearls should be protected from metal objects and faceted stones;

- do not expose precious and semi-precious stones to direct natural or artificial light, as there is a risk that the stones may diminish their natural color or gloss;

- facade stones require special attention, as they can be scratched or damaged easily. Avoid bringing stones into contact with sharp objects or harmful agents;

-do not subject the jewellery to mechanical shocks, strokes, scratches and do not bring them into contact with abrasive or chemical materials or substances;

- do not bring the jewels in direct contact with water, perspiration, perfumes, cosmetics or chemicals (sprays, detergents, bleaches, chlorides, alcohol, solvents, oil, etc.);

- do not wear jewellery during sleep, physical exercise or domestic activities, as you risk exposing the jewellery to prohibited substances or scratching, deteriorating, deformed or broken;

- clean the jewellery only with a soft, dry, clean cloth and with special solutions for cleaning and maintaining the jewellery. Do not use detergents, solvents, bleaches, chemicals or abrasives to clean the jewellery, as they can cause irreversible damage to the appearance and quality of the jewellery;

- handle your jewellery carefully, and avoid sudden movements, to prevent possible damage to the locking systems (especially in the case of bracelets, earrings, necklaces and chains).

9. Toys

The product purchased from the MINIPRICE website is an original and authentic product and we guarantee its origin and safety. All products purchased by you through the MINIPRICE website are manufactured according to the legal provisions regarding safety in the field. The MINIPRICE guarantee is based on the Certificate of conformity obtained from its suppliers (the manufacturer of the product or the authorized distributor of the manufacturer).
